Confirmation class

In the United Methodist Church, baptism typically occurs during infanthood, and confirmation is an opportunity to respond to the grace of God available to us, as acknowledged in baptism, and to promise to live as a person of faith. At the Service of Confirmation, which takes place at the end of the classes, confirmands publicly declare their decision to live as a Christian.
